Brian Veiman
Brian Veiman, age 52, of Pittsburgh, Pa., died Thursday, April 6, 2006, in UPMC Passavant, Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born on July 5, 1953, in Montevideo, Minnesota, son of Harold R. “Bud” Veiman and Phyllis M. “Phil” (Gamm) Veiman.
Brian loved theater and acting, golf, music, writing, reading and watching sci-fi and any other TV in every room of his house as well as the TV in his Chevy Blazer.
His parents, his father-in-law, Steve Halowich, a nephew, Blake Davis, and his loving cats, Hogweed, Hai, Yoda and Spaz, preceded him in death.
Left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Cherie (Halowich) Veiman; his cats: Murray and Milo; his sisters: Lorna Wagner and her husband, Walter, and Robyn Davis and her husband, Larry; his mother-in-law, Ann Halowich; two sisters-in-law, Karen Halowich and Barbara Halowich; two brothers-in-law: Mark Halowich and Mark Zieglar; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., A Dignity Memorial Provider, 515 North Main Street, Masontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 11, 2006, until 10:30 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Father John M. Butler officiating.
