Hazel Lavern Watson Zuzak, age 60, of Dunbar, Pennsylvania, died Saturday, April 14, 2006, at home. She was born August 27, 1945, in Dunbar, Pennsylvania, daughter of Lloyd Watson and Margaret Miller Watson.

Hazel was employed as a waitress at Ye Olde Inn.

She was preceded in death by her Father, two infant Brothers, Grandparents, William John Miller, Lucy May Cole, John Watson and Elizabeth Bear.

She is survived by her mother, Margaret Miller Watson; her husband, Jerome Zuzak; four Children: Jerome Zuzak and his fianc?e Heather, Uniontown, Pa., Susan Zuzak, Point Marion, Pa., Michelle Harmon, Waynesburg, Pa., and Michael Zuzak at home; two Sisters: Linda Spicher and her husband Sam, Somerset, Pa., and Sharon Watson, Texas; nine Grandchildren; three Great-Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.

There will be no public viewing.

Committal Service for family and close friends will be held in FRANKLIN CEMETERY on Wednesday, April 19, at 1 p.m. Pastor Lee Maley will officiate. PLEASE MEET AT FRANKLIN CEMETERY.

Arrangements are under direction of the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pa.
