Hazel Lavern Watson Zuzak, age 60, of Dunbar, Pa., died Friday, April 14, 2006, at home. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Miller Watson; her husband, Jerome Zuzak; four Children: Jerome Zuzak and his fianc?e Heather, Uniontown, Pa., Susan Zuzak, Point Marion, Pa., Michelle Harmon, Waynesburg, Pa., and Michael Zuzak at home; one Brother, Ronald Watson and his wife Sheryl of Dunbar, Pa.; two Sisters: Linda Spicher and her husband Sam, Somerset, Pa., and Sharon Watson, Texas; nine Grandchildren; three Great-Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.

Committal Service for family and close friends will be held in FRANKLIN CEMETERY on Wednesday, April 19, at 1 p.m. Pastor Lee Maley will officiate. PLEASE MEET AT FRANKLIN CEMETERY.

Arrangements are under direction of the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pa.
