Woman charged

Police are conducting investigations into the following unrelated incidents:
– An April 11 incident in which someone scratched a truck parked in the 100 block of South 8th Street.
– An April 12 incident in which the windows of a truck were broken while the truck was parked in the 100 block of South 3rd Street.
– An April 14 theft in which someone removed windows from the back yard of a property located in the 900 block of South Pittsburgh Street.
– An April 15 retail theft when the driver of a blue Chevrolet Nova with silver flames pumped gas at the Sunoco A-Plus station on Memorial Boulevard and then fled the scene without paying the attendant.
– An April 17 theft of a registration sticker from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Madison Avenue.
– An April 18 incident in which someone slashed the tires of a vehicle parked in the 100 block of South 9th Street.
– An April 19 retail theft when a man wearing a uniform and driving a white sedan, possibly a Ford Taurus, pumped gas at the Sunoco A-Plus station on Memorial Boulevard and then fled the scene without paying the attendant.
– An April 19 incident in which vandals threw eggs at a vehicle while it was parked at Greenwood Heights.

Police have filed charges against the following individuals in unrelated incidents:
– William K. Fullem, 43, of Connellsville with harassment after he allegedly grabbed an unidentified female by the face and then shoved her during an April 12 incident in the 100 block of North Carnegie Avenue.
– William Lancaster, 46, of Connellsville with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated April 12 in the 100 block of Water Street.
– Mark Bohna, 50, of Allison with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated and creating a disturbance April 12 at Highlands Hospital.
– Harold A. Bowser, 58, of Connellsville with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated April 13 in the 1200 block of South Pittsburgh Street and on April 17 in the 400 block of South Arch Street.
– Melissa Stillwagon, 32, of Connellsville with public drunkenness after she was allegedly found intoxicated and creating a disturbance April 13 in Gibson Terrace.
– A 17-year-old Connellsville female with underage drinking after she was allegedly found intoxicated April 14 in the 100 block of Witter Avenue.
– Bruce A. Giles, 19, of Connellsville with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly struck an unidentified male in the head with his knee during an April 17 incident in Gibson Terrace.
– Tina Miller, 26, of Connellsville with disorderly conduct after she was allegedly found creating a disturbance April 18 in Gibson Terrace.

Four charged
Two adults and two teens were charged by police in connection with an alleged April 19 theft of movies from a supermarket.
Joyce L. Mackey, 25, of Uniontown was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis on charges of retail theft, trespassing, criminal conspiracy and two counts of corruption of minors after she, along with the teens, were allegedly observed removing DVD movies, valued at $355.98, from Martin’s Food Store on Vanderbilt Road.
She was placed in Fayette County Prison after failing to post the $10,000 percentage bond imposed by Dennis.
Police charged the 13-year old female from Connellsville and 16-year-old female from Uniontown with retail theft for their alleged role in the incident. Both will have to appear before Fayette County juvenile authorities.
Michael Metts, 18, of Uniontown was charged with trespassing after police allegedly found him waiting in the car for the three others.

Simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct charges are being filed against Alex P. Avolio, 18, of Richboro for allegedly starting an altercation with several juveniles at 5 p.m. April 7 on Pennsylvania Avenue, police said.
