A pickup truck driven by Phillip Campbell, 40, of Uniontown crashed into a light pole at the intersection of Beeson Avenue and Main Street in Uniontown at 10:09 a.m. Thursday, city police said. After striking the pole, the truck then struck the First Federal Savings and Loan building before coming to a halt. Campbell was taken to Uniontown Hospital for treatment, police said.
