McLee will be installed Sunday
Installation services for the Rev. Brian K. McLee, ninth pastor of the Mount Rose Baptist Church, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday. McLee is the son of Lavada McLee and the great-grandson of the Rev. Thomas Ford, founder of the church.
He was educated in the Uniontown public schools, graduating from Uniontown Area High School in 1981. He was a member of the Uniontown track team and the 1981 champion basketball team. He attended Point Park College in Pittsburgh before serving in the U.S. Air Force.
McLee was a member of the Ephesians Missionary Baptist Church, Milwaukee, Wis., where he received his license and was ordained.
He is married to the former Rachelle Jenkins and is the father of three children, Shantelle, Jordan and Brian Jr.
The Rev. Joe H. Todd, pastor of the Ephesians Missionary Baptist Church, Milwaukee, will be guest preacher for the 11 a.m. worship service and the 3:30 p.m. installation service.
Dinner will be served from 1 to 3 p.m.
Deacon Otto Clark is chairman of the deacon board.
