Four charged with contempt
Greene County Judge William R. Nalitz charged four men with contempt of court for allegedly failing to comply with their court orders for child support. Charged was John R. Cline of Waynesburg, Frank E. Mitzen Jr. of Rices Landing, Bradley W. Fuller of Carmichaels and Terrance E. Tharp Jr. of Morgantown, W.Va.
Arrest warrants were issued for three people for not appearing for child support hearings. The warrants were issued for Anna M. Hebda of Laplata, Md., Robert Treece of Carmichaels and Thomas W. Morey Jr. of Le Roy, N.Y.
