Elsie Restina Pishnery, R.N.
Elsie Restina Pishnery, R.N., age 92, formerly of Brownsville, Pa., died Wednesday, April 26, 2006, in Chester County Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa. She was born December 23, 1913, in Monongahela, Pa., the daughter of Antonio Restina and Ernesta Santangelo Restina.
Elsie retired from Western Reserve University Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio, where she worked as a Registered Nurse.
She was predeceased by her Parents, her Husband of 48 years, Bovo Pishnery, and Brothers, Henry Restina and Alec Restina.
She is survived by a Brother, Robert Restina, Florida; Sisters: Dorothy Battistone, Monessen, Pa., and Mary Ball, Brownsville, Pa.; Niece, Dianne Malak and her husband, Joseph, with whom she resided; Nephew, John Ball and his wife Arlene, Brownsville; other Nieces and Nephews; Grandnieces and Grandnephews.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 6 to 9 p.m. where a Prayer Service will be held on Monday, May 1, at 9:30 a.m.
A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in The Historic Church of Saint Peter in Brownsville, Pa., with the Rev. Father Vincent Gigliotti as Celebrant.
