Teenager missing Raymond Lumbano, 16, of Cardale has been missing since noon Thursday, state police said. He was last seen leaving his East Street residence and was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans, according to police.

Man assaulted

Thomas Tomasiak, 21, of Perryopolis told state police Sarah Ankrom, 22, of Markleysburg bit him several times on his back and shoulder during an altercation as a residence along Jamison Street at 1:15 a.m. Thursday. Police said summary charges against Ankrom were filed.

Woman charged

State police said Tina Sue Jacobs, 37, of Belle Vernon was charged after she allegedly assaulted Amanda Berish, 26, of Charleroi following an incident along Route 51 around 4 p.m. Tuesday.

South Union Twp.

Woman threatened

Lorie McCourt, 20, of Uniontown told state police a 22-year-old Uniontown man pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her while at Dairy Mart on Dixon Boulevard at 4:22 a.m. Friday, state police said. McCourt told police the man shot the gun in the air and then left the above location. Police said the incident is under investigation.

Gasoline stolen

State police said charges were filed against Gregory Michaux, 50, of Daisytown after he allegedly pumped $10 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left the Texaco gas station at the intersection of Routes 40 and 166 without paying at 8:08 p.m. Thursday.

North Union Twp.

Skid loader stolen

State police said someone stole a 2005 Caterpillar 277B skid loader from Howard Concrete Pumping Company Inc. sometime between 6 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday. Police said the skid loader was being kept at a construction site at the corner of Shady Grove Road and Percy Lane. Anyone with information is asked to call the Uniontown state police barracks at 724-439-7111.

Two injured

State police said Linda Ruda, 49, and Nicole Budinsky, 18, both of Uniontown, sustained injuries and taken to Uniontown Hospital after their vehicles collided on Route 40 in front of Uniontown Mall at 7 p.m. Thursday.

Springhill Twp.

Warrant issued

State police said an arrest warrant was issued for Christopher Albright, 33, of Smithfield after he failed to appear for a preliminary hearing April 20. Police are asking anyone with information about Albright’s whereabouts to call the Uniontown state police barracks at 724-439-7111.

North Union Twp.

Machines damaged

State police said someone damaged soda machines located outside of Giant Eagle on Pittsburgh Street sometime between 12:01 and 6 a.m. Friday. Money from the machines was also stolen, police said.

One charged

State police said Jodi Wingrove, 18, of Dunbar Township was charged with criminal mischief after Wingrove allegedly threw a frying pan through the back window of a vehicle owned by John Kurutz, 19, of Dunbar Borough at 1:30 a.m. April 23.

Woman cited

Mary Flowers of McClellandtown was cited for harassment after she allegedly harassed Myra Swaney of Smithfield following an incident at a residence along Blue Rock Road Thursday, according to police.

German Twp.

Vehicles crash

State police reported that no one was injured when vehicles driven by Kenneth Herman of Connellsville and Jennifer Dirda of McClellandtown crashed on McClellandtown Road at 4:50 p.m. Thursday.

Stereo stolen

Christine Gantner, 35, of Vanderbilt reported to state police someone smashed the passenger side window out of her car and stole the stereo while the vehicle was parked along North Gallatin Avenue sometime between 5:30 and 9 a.m. Thursday.

Vehicle accident

State police reported that Amy Bogdewic, 26, of New Salem was taken by ambulance to Uniontown Hospital after her vehicle struck a telephone pole on Church Street at 10:35 p.m. Thursday.

South Union Twp.

Man cited

Albert Morgan, 49, of Uniontown was cited for harassment after he allegedly struck John Bright, 41, of Uniontown on the face following an incident at 3 Bryson Blvd. At 12:15 p.m. Thursday.

Wallet missing

Sarah Bowden of Uniontown reported her wallet missing at 5:08 p.m. Thursday, city police said. Bowden told police she stopped at several locations in the city before realizing her wallet, which contained cash and various cards was missing. Police said the wallet is black with a silver key chain loop.

Man arrested

City police said 26-year-old Chad Bardin was taken into custody after a probation officer spotted him in Darby’s Pub & Restaurant at 10:25 p.m. Friday. Police said Bardin was on the state police’s 10 most wanted list.

Television stolen

William A. Ellis told city police someone entered his 14 Ray St. residence sometime between April 22 and 11 p.m. Friday and stole a 36-inch television and a DVD player. Police said the person damaged the front door of the residence in order to gain entry.
