Darren Michael Popovich, 41, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday, July 28, 2006, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. The family will receive friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., today, August 2, until 9 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Mass of Christian Burial follows at 9:30 a.m. in Saint Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, Mill Street, Uniontown, with the Rev. Father Kenneth G. Zaccagnini, V.F., as Celebrant.

Interment will be in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
