Betty Whitfield Logan
Betty Whitfield Logan, 77, of Pittsburgh, Pa., and formerly of Vanderbilt, Pa., passed Thursday, August 3, 2006, in Pittsburgh. She was born July 4, 1929, in Vanderbilt, a daughter of the late Rev. Nathaniel Whitfield and Elizabeth Smith Whitfield.
In addition to her parents, one sister, Lorain Lea and son-in-law, Fred Wright, predeceased her.
She was a member of the Saint Paul Baptist Church of Vanderbilt, Pa.
Friends will be received in the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., today, August 6, 2006, from 4 to 9 p.m., where services will be held on Monday, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Carl Jackson officiating.
Interment will be in Greendale Cemetery, Connellsville, Pa.
