Dorothy Woolridge Crawford
Dorothy Woolridge Crawford, formerly of West Brownsville, PA., and residing in Fairmont, West Virginia with her daughter Darlyne Morgan went to be with the lord on August 13, 2006, with her loving daugther, Darlyne at her side. She was the last surviving member of her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Ernest and Besse Campbell Woolridge, her husband, George Crawford Sr., sons, George (Sonny), Donald Paul, Walter, and William and daughter, Patty Jean.
Dorothy was first vice president of the Brownsville Lions Club, a member of the Brownsville Eagles Club, the Brownsville Civic Club and the Fairmont Veterans of Foriegn Wars Post 629 Ladies Auxilary.
She is survived by her son, Earnest Crawford Sr. of West Brownsville, PA.; daughter Darlyne Morgan of Fairmont, West Virginia; daughter-in-law Betsy Crawford of West Brownsville, PA.; a special niece, Suzzie Conaway of Califronia; several grandchildren; great grand children and also several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Maple Creek in the family plot. There will be a memorial service for Dot at a later date.
