Manila Kuhn Prosser
Manila M. Kuhn Prosser, 107 years, of Brownsville, Pa., died Saturday, August 19, 2006, in Mon Valley Care Center, Monongahela, Pa. She was born on October 23, 1898, in Belle Vernon, Pa., the Daughter of Sylvester Kuhn and Charlotte Blystone Kuhn.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Brownsville and the Christian Women’s Fellowship.
Her Parents, Husband, William J. Prosser Sr., and a Daughter, Odella Duvall, predeceased her.
Surviving are three Children: Mildred Teasdale, West Brownsville, Pa., Betty Gene Bernhagen, Brownsville, Pa., and William J. Prosser Jr. and his wife Mary Lou, New Eagle, Pa; a Son-in-law, John Duvall, West Newton, Pa.; 10 Grandchildren; numerous Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren; and a very close Niece, Dolores Kormos.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 22, at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Paul Sandusky officiating.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
