Margaret Jane Sands Stallard, age 78, of Rices Landing, Pa., who was born in East Bethlehem, Pa., and had served as a truck driver in the Women’s Army Crops in World War II, died Saturday, December 2, 2006, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia. She is survived by her children: Diane McCaine, Uniontown, Pa., Janet Bowers, Waynesburg, Pa., Roberta Stallard, William Stallard and James Stallard all of Rices Landing and Dean Stallard, Chicago, Illinois; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Marie Sands Ohler, Crucible, Pa.

Funeral Services will be private and are under direction of the Paul Michael Lesako Funeral Home Inc., Paul M. Lesako, Funeral Director/Supervisor, 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, Pa.
