Mary Karazsia, age 85, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Wednesday morning, December 6, 2006, in Uniontown Hospital. Mary had been a resident of Mount Macrina Manor. She was born November 29, 1921, in Crabtree, Pa., the daughter of John Karazsia and Anna Feltson Karazsia.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, George and Charles, and a sister, Anna Moser.

She is survived by her loving brother, John Karazsia Jr. of Linton, Indiana, and formerly of Crabtree, Pa.; and several loving nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the STEPHEN E. KEZMARSKY III FUNERAL HOME AT 71 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, UNIONTOWN, Pa., this morning (Saturday, December 9) until 9:30 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held.

Divine Liturgy follows at 10 a.m. in Saint John The Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, East Main Street, with the Rev. Father Thomas J. Wesdock as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Mount Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown.

Visitation was also held Friday, December 8, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Parastas Service was held in the Funeral Home on Friday at 7 p.m.
