Warrant issued in fatal accident
MASONTOWN – Masontown police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a former borough resident accused in the homicide by vehicle death of a 50-year-old Hibbs man in October. According to Officer Timothy Sheehan, a warrant has been issued for Nicole Marie Divver on vehicular homicide charges after a vehicle she was driving crashed in Masontown at 2:22 a.m. Oct. 22.

Fayette EMS crews initially transported David to the Uniontown Hospital. He later died as a result of severe head trauma, according to investigators.
Once freed from the vehicle, Divver was flown by medical helicopter to UPMC-Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh.
