Grant-Beavans
Jessica Dale Beavans and Tony Paul Grant, both of Greenville, N.C., were united in marriage on May 27 at Lebanon United Methodist Church in High Point. The Rev. Laura Hubbard officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Karen Beavans of Jamestown, N.C. She is the granddaughter of Billy and Dorothy Patterson of Greensboro, N.C., and the late John David and Emily Dale Beavans, formerly of Enfield, N.C.
She graduated from Southwest Guilford High School and East Carolina University. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in middle grades language arts education. She is employed by East Carolina University and the Sylvan Learning Center.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Anthony Grant Jr. of Fairbank, and the late Denise Michelle DeCarlo. He is the grandson of Bertha DeCarlo of Pinehurst and Ann Grant of Uniontown.
Escorted by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Elizabeth Beavans, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Danielle Adkins, Nicole Grant, Katie McGill and Tabitha Tuttle.
Flower girl was Alyson Grant.
The bridegroom chose Jim Kissinger to serve as best man.
Groomsmen were Ty Grant, Mike Ditmer, Chad Falcone and Onno Princeton.
A wedding reception was held at 12 West Main in Thomasville, N.C.
Following a honeymoon trip to St. Maarten, Netherlands, and Antilles, the couple is residing in Greenville, N.C.
