H. E. Barclay, 91, of Scottdale, Pa., passed away Saturday, December 23, 2006, at his residence. He is survived by six children, Rosalie Billheimer and husband Dale of Industry, Pa., Elaine Kaper and husband Ed of Scottdale, Herb Barclay and wife Donna of Mount Pleasant, Pa., Paul Barclay and wife Nancy of Scottdale, Pa., Blaine Barclay and wife Kim of Mount Pleasant, Pa., and Wayne Barclay and wife Lisa of Scottdale, Pa.; 22 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and his late wife, Mary Emma’s family.

Friends will be received in the Robert B. Ferguson Funeral Home, 105 Spring Street, Scottdale, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m.
