Bullskin Twp. Accident reported

State police said a 15-year-old passenger in a vehicle involved in an 8:15 p.m. accident on Thursday was injured when the vehicle hit an embankment and rolled over on Rich Hill Road. Police did not identify the passenger or the 16-year-old driver.

German Twp.

Accident reported

State police reported no injuries in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of routes 21 and 166 on Tuesday. Police listed the drivers of the vehicles involved in the 10:05 p.m. accident as Derrick Grimm, 19, of Uniontown and Joshua Davis, 20, of Uniontown.

South Union Twp.

Man cited

State police cited Stuart C. Swann, 47, of Uniontown for public drunkenness after he was found around 7:05 p.m. Wednesday on Brook Street. The citation was filed before Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr., police said.

Burglary reported

State police said someone broke into the residence at 275 Shimko Hollow Road and stole an antique Windsor chair owned by David Harris of Harrisburg. Police said the same home was broken into two weeks before and other furniture was stolen. The theft occurred between Dec. 23 and Wednesday.

South Union Twp.

Car damaged

Larry Nicklow, 51, of Uniontown told state police that the hood of his car was damaged while parked at 197 Derrick Ave. around 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Center Twp.

Woman charged

State police charged Tammy Sue Johnson with scattering rubbish after she allegedly dropped off several bags containing adult soiled diapers, colostomy bags and soiled bedpans along Stonehill Road and Center Highlands Road from Nov. 18 to the present. Police are asking anyone who has found similar waste on their property to call the state police at 724-627-6151.

South Union Twp.

Driver charged

State police charged Vincent Paschke Jr., 22, of Smithfield with hit-and-run of unattended property after his vehicle hit a utility pole on Walnut Hill Road and fled the scene on foot on Tuesday, police said.

North Union Twp.

Disturbance reported

State police said a Uniontown juvenile caused a disturbance at the Dairy Queen on Connellsville Street when the youth threw food on the floor and refused to clean it up around 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Georges Twp.

Accident reported

State police said that Franklin D. Hiles, 23, of Uniontown was not injured in a 6:15 p.m. crash on York Run Road near Shady Side Road on Wednesday. Police said a deer ran in front of Hiles’ car.

Uniontown police said officers responded to two calls of shots fired in the area of Evans Street and Collins Avenue at 10:28 p.m. Tuesday.

Identity stolen

State police said someone purchased items at a California Wal-Mart using the identity of a Waynesburg man on Dec. 19.

Man charged

State police charged Brett Wayne Statler, no age listed, of Mount Morris, with criminal mischief when he allegedly punctured three tires, causing $210 worth of damage, to a vehicle belonging to Julie Ann Cornell of Waynesburg. The incident occurred either Tuesday or Wednesday, police said.

All Star Express representatives told state police someone stole $44 worth of gas from their station at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Items stolen

State police said someone stole several items from the Old Dry Tavern Elementary building Wednesday or Thursday.

Police said a white van was seen in the vicinity during the early morning hours of Dec. 28. Anyone with information should call state police at 724-627-6151.
