Lawyer suspended

By The 1 min read

A Fayette County lawyer has been suspended from the practice of law for two years, effective next month. In a legal notice, the secretary of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania indicated that attorney Brent Eric Peck will not be able to practice law for two years, starting on Jan. 19, 2007.

The brief notice indicated the decision was made on Dec. 20, but did not specify the reason that Peck was before the disciplinary board.

The 40-year-old operates Peck Law Offices at 50 E. Main St. in Uniontown and was admitted to practice law in 1992.
