Children get ready to enter an inflatable castle during activities prior to the annual fireworks display on July 3 at Patsy Hillman Park. Officials of the Brownsville Area Chamber of Commerce, which holds the annual event at the park, said they appreciate donations by individuals and businesses to help offset the costs of putting on the annual fireworks display. Members of the Brownsville Rotary were also on hand for the event and sold a variety of items with a patriotic theme. A large crowd turned out for the festivities, according to organizers.
