Edna Mae Sanders Crutchman, age 88, of Hopwood, Pa., passed away Sunday morning, July 9, 2006, in her home. Born June 17, 1918, in Keisterville, Fayette County, Pa., she was the daughter of Charles and Bessi Sanders.

Edna was a member of the Pleasantville Presbyterian Church in Smock, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Charles Edward Crutchman, her granddaughter, Tina Marie Cossick, her brothers, Charles, Bill, Bob and Harry, and Sisters, Eleanor Wright, Betty Cross and Geraldine Atilano.

She is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Shirley Cossick and her husband, Ed, of Hopwood, Pa.; grandchildren: Timothy Cossick of Columbia, Maryland, Todd Cossick of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Tracy Winter and her husband, Todd, of Medina, Ohio; and two great-grandchildren: Taylor Winter and Tommy Winter.

Friends will be received in the STEPHEN E. KEZMARSKY III FUNERAL HOME AT 71 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, UNIONTOWN, Pa., on Tuesday, July 11, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday morning, July 12, until 10 a.m., the hour of Service.

Interment follows in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.

The family would like to express their appreciation and special thanks to the Albert Gallatin Home Care and Hospice, Mount Macrina Manor and Staff, her special sitter, Judy Lahue, and Pastor Paul Lesher of the Albert Gallatin Hospice.
