Orlando F. (Earl) Carr
Orland F. (Earl) Carr, 81, of East Millsboro, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born on October 24, 1942, in Fredericktown, Pa., the son of the late Vince and Veronica Sabo Carr.
Mr. Carr was a retired Maintenance Supervisor at Centerville Clinics, a member of Saint James Parish, Saint Julian Roman Catholic Church, Isabella, Pa. and he served with the United States Army Air Force and was a member of The American Legion Post 940, West Brownsville, Pa.
He was predeceased by his wife, Adeline Martin Carr and a brother, Vince Carr.
He is survived by two children: Candace Baer and her husband, Russell of Painesville, Ohio and Orlando B. Carr of McClellandtown, Pa.; six grandchildren: Russell Baer Jr., Michael Baer and William Baer, Angela Willmington, Lisa Cossell and Orlando B. Carr Jr.; three great-grandchildren; three sisters: Mary of Washington, Pa., Peg of Abeline, Md. and Rose of Ormond Beach, Fla.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 PARK STREET, BROWNSVILLE, Pa., this evening from 5 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday where a Blessing Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. with the Rev. Father James Petrovsky officiating.
Entombment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park where full Military Rites will be accorded by the American Legion Post 940, 295, 275 and 838.
A Wake Service will be held this evening at 8:30 p.m.
