Bailey Ann Chambers, 6 weeks old, of Salt Lake City, Utah, went to be one of the Lords Little Angels on Wednesday, July 19, 2006, in Primary Children’s Care Hospital, Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on June 2, 2006, in Salt Lake City, to James P. and Kayla Flowers Chambers of Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters: Brylee and Hailey (twin sister); paternal grandparents, James and Cheryl Chambers; paternal aunt and uncles: Michael and Jamie Smitley, Barry Chambers and a cousin, Grace Smitley all of Uniontown; maternal grandparents, Kyle and Jacquie Campbell; great-grandparents, Bruce and Beth Campbell all of Mesquite, Nevada; great-grandmother, Sandi Fisher; great-grandfather, Jack Taylor both of Bosie, Idaho; great-great-great-grandmother, Brain of Ogden, Utah; great-great-great-grandmother, Hachmeisper of Layton, Utah; and a special friend, Senior Airman Ben Hester of Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

Bailey is preceded in death by a paternal grandmother, Janet Chambers.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa.

The family will receive friends in the funeral home on Monday, July 24, 2006 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 2 until 4 p.m. and 7 until 9 p.m. Viewing will continue on Wednesday, July 25, 2006, from 10 until 11 a.m., followed by a Celebration of her Life at 11 a.m. with Pastor Nicholas Cook officiating.

Interment will follow in Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, Pa.
