Teen cited for harassment
An 18-year-old Waynesburg man will be cited for harassment and disorderly conduct after he allegedly threw an explosive device in the front yard of Dave Allen Mason, the assistant principal at Waynesburg Central High School, according to state police in Waynesburg. The alleged incident occurred on Jan. 28 at 8:45 p.m., but police recently have gathered enough information to file charges in the case.
According to police, several other high school students were involved and their arrests are eminent.
