Donald Robert David, 23, of Uniontown, Pa., died as the result of an automobile accident, Tuesday, February 28, 2006. He was born August 31, 1982, in Uniontown.

Mr. David was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Confluence, Pa., the Fayette Adult Hockey League and was an apprentice electrician with IBEW Local 5, employed by Lighthouse Electric.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Thomas M. Collins, July 4, 2005.

Surviving are his parents: Donald D. David and Roberta Kim Collins David of Uniontown, Pa.; a sister, Samantha Jane David and a niece, Kathrina Elizabeth David both of Confluence, Pa.; paternal grandparents: Berwyn and Wilda David of Uniontown, Pa.; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth (Boots) Collins of Ursina, Pa. and a very special friend Jennifer Bloom of Brownfield, Pa.

Friends will be received in the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday until 11 a.m., the hour of service with Pastor Dane Cramer officiating.

Interment will follow in Ursina Cemetery.

Uniontown Fire Department will hold visitation Friday at 7:30 p.m.
