Donald E. Stevenson, Jr., age 53, of Bobtown, Pa., died Sunday, March 12, 2006, in the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia. He was former coal miner and former member of the Bobtown Volunteer Fire Department where for 22 years he was a fireman and EMT on the ambulance.

He is survived by his father, Donald E. Stevenson Sr. of New Geneva, Pa.; his wife, Rosemarie Lach Stevenson; daughters, Dawnet Stevenson of Bobtown, Pa., and Theresa Stevenson Eddy and her husband Wade of Brave, Pa.; grandchildren, Dawn, Anna, Michael and Braden; and sister, Kelley Stevenson and her partner, Lisa Cole, of Dayton, Ohio.

Friends will be received in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, 501 Morgantown Street, Point Marion, Pa., on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, March 16, until 10 a.m.
