Douglas Eli Pierce, 35, of Okeechobee, Florida, formerly of Eighty Four, Pa., died December 5, 2005 in his home. Mr. Pierce was a 1989 graduate of Okeechobee High School and was employed as a Ranch Foreman for the Hales Farm.

Surviving are two daughters: Kelsey and Carley Pierce both of North Carolina; four brothers: Charles William “Bill” Pierce, Jr., of Birmingham, Alabama, George Howard Pierce of Washington, Pa., James Lemuel Pierce of Fort Drum, Florida and David Wayne Pierce of Birmingham, Alabama; one sister, Roberta “Bobbie” Phillips of Dilliner, Pa.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., on Saturday March 25, 2006, in Bowmans Flatwood Cemetery, Dawson, Pa.
