Daniel Louis Zack
Daniel Louis Zack, 87, of Brownsville, Pa., passed away on Monday, evening, March 27, 2006, in the Beverly Health Care Center, Waynesburg, Pa. Born March 20, 1919, in Uniontown, Pa., the son of the late Joseph and Anna Marie Zack.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Anthony Zack.
He was a member of Saint Peter’s Historical Church, Brownsville, Pa., where he was a previous usher. An avid golfer, he was a member of the VFW Golf League at the Springdale Golf Course. Daniel will leave many special friends at the Springdale Golf Course. He was previously employed at the Mark Thompson Beer Distributor.
He is survived by his sons: Joseph G. Zack of Lancaster, California and Daniel F. Zack and wife, Marjorie of Uniontown, Pa.; his granddaughter, whom was his Special Angel, Brittney A. Zack; loving nieces, nephews and special friends and neighbors.
Friends will be received in the STEPHEN E. KEZMARSKY III FUNERAL HOME AT 71 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, UNIONTOWN, Pa., on Wednesday, March 29, 2006, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday, morning until 9:15 am., when Prayers of Transfer will be said follow by a 10 a.m., Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Peters Roman Catholic Church, Brownsville, Pa., with Rev. Father Vincent Gigliotti as Celebrant.
Interment follows in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Brownsville, Pa.
