Disorderly conduct Eugene Redmond, 33, of Brownsville, was arraigned Monday on charges of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and summary harassment. Brownsville police had filed the charges and a warrant was issued for Redmond after employees at the A-Plus mini part told police March 19 that Redmond had been harassing them by telephone. Redmond turned himself in at the magistrate’s office. He was placed on a $5,000, 10 percent unsecured bond.

Burglary
Amy Broadwater told Brownsville police that two black males kicked in the door of her home in the 400 block of Front Street around midnight Monday. Broadwater told police she was hiding in the closet while the two men searched through her bedroom. Money, a large diamond necklace and several other items were removed.
Both men were described as approximately 5-feet, 8-inches tall. One was described as having a stocky build, the other as having a thin build.

Hit-and-run reported
The Southwest Regional Police Department said a vehicle owned by Evianne Dobosh of Belle Vernon was struck by another vehicle while it was parked on Route 906, causing damage to the driver’s side door and mirror between 9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday.

Vehicles collide
Vehicles driven by Alita Bannister, 30, and Peter Glugla Jr., 40, both of Masontown, crashed on Route 21 near Footedale Road at 1:45 p.m. Monday, state police said. Bannister and Glugla were treated for injuries at the Uniontown Hospital, police said.

A vehicle owned by Damien Zsiros of Menallen Township was recovered on Florine Avenue, less than one mile from where it was stolen and undamaged at 8:05 a.m. Monday, state police said.

Woman charged
Misty Peterson, 27, of Connellsville was charged with harassment and criminal mischief after she allegedly hit Mary Mauger, 28, of Connellsville in the face and damaged her front door at 219 North Arch St. during an argument at 10:50 p.m. Tuesday, state police said.
