Stella L. Nawalaniec Kaper, age 91, a resident of Saint Anne’s Home, Greensburg, Pa., and former longtime resident of Everson, Pa., who had been employed as a cook for the former White House Inn in Everson, the Pleasant Valley County Club, the former Ninnie’s Club Lido Restaurant and the former Fratto Catering both in Scottdale, Pa., died Saturday evening, April 29, 2006. She is survived by four children: Donald A. Kaper and his wife, Barbara, and Walter V. Kaper all of Mount Pleasant, Pa., Edwin J. Kaper and his wife, Elaine, of Scottdale, Pa., and Leonard P. Kaper and his wife, Linda, of Georgia; daughter-in-law, Evelyn L. Burke Kaper of Mount Pleasant; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; sister, Vicki Nawalaniec Skonieczny of Ambridge, Pa.; brothers: Stanley Nawalaniec and his wife, Jo, of New Jersey and Edward Nawalaniec of Ambridge; nieces and nephews.

Family will greet friends in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home Inc., 417 West Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, Pa., today, May 1, from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, May 3, until 9:30 a.m.
