Pearl L. Miller Petrone, age 78, of Connellsville, Pa., died Sunday, April 30, 2006, in the Harmon House, Mount Pleasant, Pa. She was born on March 4, 1928, in Broadford, Pa., the daughter of George Washington Miller and Bertha Sandusky Miller.

Mrs. Petrone had worked at the now former Connellsville Sportswear for several years.

She is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Ralph Edward Petrone in 2004 and six brothers, Israel, Robert, Edward, Donald and Bernard Miller and two sisters, Henrietta Sok and Esther Morgan.

She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Provance Kingan of Connellsville, Pa.; one granddaughter, Destiny Kingan; two sisters, Elizabeth Ross and her husband Rocco of Connellsville, Pa., and Bertha King of Florida.

Friends will be received in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 East Green Street, Connellsville, Pa., on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be held on Thursday, April 4, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Elmer Reamer officiating.

Interment will follow in Greene Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, Pa.
