Eleanor Jane Provance Varndell, age 73 years, of Hopwood, Pa., passed away Saturday, April 29, 2006, in the Venice Regional Hospital, Venice, Florida. The family will receive friends in the JOHN F. BROWNFIELD FUNERAL HOME OF SMITHFIELD, Pa., on Thursday, May 4, until 11 a.m. when services will be conducted with the Rev. George W. McLaughlin officiating.

Interment will be in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
