Ann M. Barno
Ann M. Barno, 85, of Brownsville, Pa., passed away on Friday, May 5, 2006, in UPMC, Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born on March 10, 1921, in Isabella, Pa., the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Adamitis Wainiski.
Ann was a member of the Historic Church of Saint Peter in Brownsville and was formerly employed as a floral designer and manager of Johnston The Florist store in Brownsville.
She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Barno and three brothers: Joseph, Frank and Stanley Wainiski.
She is survived by her daughter with whom she resided, Cheryl Barno; niece, Patricia Kaminsky and her husband, Bernard and their daughter, Ashley of Grindstone, Pa., a sister-in-law, Florence Wainiski, also of Grindstone.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., this evening from 6 to 9 p.m., Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and on Monday where a Prayer Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at noon in the Historic Church of Saint Peter, Brownsville, with the Rev. Father Vincent Gigliotti as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.
