Joseph H. (Butch) Brooks
Joseph H. (Butch) Brooks, age 62, of Superior, Brownsville, Pa., passed away Sunday, May 7, 2006, in Beverly Health Care, Waynesburg, Pa. He was born on June 2, 1943 in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Clyde Brooks and Emma Huggins Brooks.
Butch was retired from the Hilman Barge Company where he was a welder.
He was a member of the Allison II Volunteer Fire Department.
He was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Virginia Brooks.
Butch is survived by his wife Sandy Watson Brooks and a daughter Angie Hayden and her husband Michael of Superior; two grandsons, Michael Hayden Jr. and Joshua Hayden.
Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, 35 South Mill Street, New Salem, Pa., today after 7 p.m. and on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday until 11 a.m., the hour of service with the Rev. Edward T. Truitt officiating.
Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
