May 10, 2006 The following people were recently admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program in Fayette County Court.

The program is generally for first-time, non-violent offenders.

It offers them an opportunity to serve a term of probation in exchange for having their court record expunged.

Those in the program for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally have to participate in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school and can be required to forfeit their license for a period of time.

President Judge Conrad B. Capuzzi:

Shawntay Rochelle Truly, 30, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for simple assault.

Ronald Scott Craig II, 20, of Normalville was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Dustin Atkins, 22, of New Stanton was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Gregory Weaver Sumey, 32, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $750 in restitution to an unspecified person.

Cassie Lynn Darrell, 22, of Perryopolis was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use.

Justin Earl Lohr, 25, of Smithton was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Paula Reanne Randall, 25, of Oliver 1 was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Julie Racquel Moccaldi, 28, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 24 months for forgery.

Louis James Allen, 18, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Glenn Ward Raymond, 43, of Masontown was admitted to ARD for six months for simple assault.

Aaron William Parker Jr., 20, of Pittsburgh was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use.

Anthony Laurita, 51, of Farmington was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Jackson Meredith Kelly, 62, of Fairchance was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

David Allen Keister, 23, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Cecelia M. Bennett, 19, of Leisenring was admitted to ARD for DUI.

Brian Duane Welch, 28, of Smithfield was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

John William Shirley, 34, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Megan Danelle Samek, 22, of Carmichaels was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Judge John F. Wagner Jr.:

George Allen Farquhar, 31, of Fayette City was admitted to ARD for 12 months for access device fraud.

Mark Douglas Chernok, 20, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use.

Robert A. Marks III, 28, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Thomas Willard Cramer, 22, of Scottdale was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Jay Kim Basinger, 45, of Confluence was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Ethan A. Galand, 20, of Fairchance was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use.

Brian Lee Albright Jr., 20, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 24 months for criminal mischief and was ordered to make $1,600 in restitution to Shane Yauger.

Judge Steve P. Leskinen:

Joshua David Morrison, 28, of Farmington was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Lydia B. Fields, 35, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for six months for corruption of minors.

Ryan Michael Pike, 24, of Uledi was admitted to ARD for six months for selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Tiffany Duritsky, 22, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for forgery and was ordered to make $100 in restitution to Stanley Joseph Wajda Jr.

Toni Marie Flemming, 23, of Markleysburg was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

James Curtis Raffle Jr., 29, of Hopwood was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Richard Franks Jr., 18, of Smithfield was admitted to ARD for six months for recklessly endangering another person.

Gerald Anthony Spak II, 27, of Masontown was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Nathan Edward Hall, 28, of Dunbar was admitted to ARD for 24 months for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $262 in restitution to Brooke Friend and $1,000 to Farmer’s Fire Insurance.

Michael Edward Rulli, 19, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Phillip James Campbell, 40, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Yvonne Frances Everly, 39, of Smithfield was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.
