Douglas Tyler Pincavitch, 17, of Dilliner, Pa., died unexpectedly on Monday, May 8, 2006, at the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia. Mr. Pincavitch was a member of the senior class at Mapletown High School.

He enjoyed playing the guitar, baseball, fishing and hunting.

Surviving are his parents, Douglas Ray and Tracy Sue Brozik Pincavitch; a brother, Derek P. Pincavitch, at home; a sister, Amber Dawn Pincavitch, at home; his maternal grandparents, David E. and Linda S. Brozik of Greensboro, Pa.; his paternal grandparents, Frank Joseph and Beverly Ann Pincavitch of Alicia, Pa.; his maternal great-grandparents, Mary Brozik of Morgantown and Frank Brozik of Mt. Morris, Pa.

Family and friends are welcomed from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street (Route 88), Carmichaels, Pa. (724-966-5500).
