Helen Louise Carlson Kelly
Helen Louise Carlson Kelly, age 67, of Masontown, Pa., died Sunday, May 7, 2006, at her daughter’s home will her loving family by her side. She was born on June 15, 1938, in Confluence, Pa., a daughter of Elsie Fiano and was raised by her grandparents, William and Ada Shuckhart.
Helen was a loving and devoted mother and dedicated her life to raising her children.
She was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents, husband, Michael J. Kelly and seven brothers and sisters, Betty Pease, Nicholas Fiano, Charles Shuckhart, Roger Shuckhart, James Shuckhart, Edith Adams and Nick Fiano.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Michael Kelly, Daniel Kelly, Dorothy Kovach and her husband Tim, John Kelly, Donald Kelly, Kathleen Kelly and her husband Ray, Elaine Hruska and her husband William, Patrick Kelly and wife Kathy, Beatrice Perrine and her husband Keith, Robert Kelly, Michelle Gorka and her husband Mark and Theresa Armel and her husband John; 22 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; 12 brothers and sisters and their families, Clema Smith, Dorothy Henderson, Elmer Shuckhart, Lester Shuckhart, Edward Shuckhart, James Fiano, Alice Clark, Diane Smith, Vicki Bassinger, Jim Fiano, Pete Fiano, and Caroline Callahan; and her fianc? Frances George.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., A DIGNITY MEMORIAL PROVIDER, 515 North Main Street, Masontown, Pa., on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday, May 12, until 11 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel with Father Damien Cesanek officiating.
Interment will follow in Saint Agnes Cemetery.
