Joseph H. (Butch) Brooks, age 62, of Superior, Brownsville, Pa., passed away Sunday, May 7, 2006, in Beverly Health Care, Waynesburg, Pa. Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, 35 South Mill Street, New Salem, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday until 11 a.m., the hour of service with the Rev. Edward T. Truitt officiating.

Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
