Steelers to compete at Penn State Fayette
Members of the Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl team will visit Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, from 8 to 10 p.m. Thursday in the Community Center. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
Six players, yet to be announced, will visit the campus. They will play the Penn State Fayette Roaring Lions men’s baseball and basketball teams in a regulation basketball game. During halftime, the players will sign autographs. Various audience contests, such as three-point contests, will take place prior to the game.
Those attending are asked to keep autograph items to one per person. Tickets also will be sold for raffle items which include: two signed Steelers footballs, a signed Joe Paterno Penn State football, a 14K gold Steelers charm bracelet, a steel Steelers men’s watch and two Steelers-themed gift baskets.
