Donna J. (Phares) Clark
Donna J. (Phares) Clark, 57, of Markleysburg, Pa., formerly of Point Marion, Pa., passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2006, in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born in Clarksburg, W.Va., on April 3, 1949, a daughter of Harvey Phares and Joanne (Wolfe) Phares.
She is survived by her husband, David E. Clark, Sr.; her mother, Joanne Sliger Mackey and five children: Rita Walters and husband, Jerry of Brownsville, Pa., Emma Woody and husband, Ed of Smithfield, Pa., Regina Slack and husband, Tom of Waynesburg, Pa., David E. Clark, Jr., and wife, Kera of Uniontown, Pa., and Selena Seward and husband, Damien of Smithfield, Pa.; a number of nieces and nephews; 13 grandchildren: Jerry and Amanda Walters, Ricky and Apryldawn Miller, Jordan and Leah Woody, Ariel and David (Sonnybuck) Clark, Shaylynn and Damien (DJ) and Lee III (Little Man) Seward and Rozayln and Lauren Slack.
A son, Harvey Clark, her stepfather, Joe Sliger and a brother, Harvey Phares, preceded her in death.
The family will receive friends in the JOHN F. BROWNFIELD FUNERAL HOME OF SMITHFIELD, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday, May 19, 2006, until 9:30 a.m. when services will be conducted with the Rev. Scott Teets, Pastor of Fallen Timber Chapel and Albert Gallatin Hospice Spiritual Adviser and the Rev. Tim Strosnider of Point Marion officiating.
Interment will follow in Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, Pa.
