Business center will hold seminar on improving bottom line
LATROBE – The St. Vincent College Small Business Development Center will host a seminar titled “Building Your Bottom Line,’ on June 16. The seminar will be held at St. Vincent College from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. New business owners as well as those thinking about starting a business or expanding a business are welcome.
This seminar will assist participants in understanding and managing a business’s cash flow along with teaching the tools and resources to perform such tasks. Attendees will analyze loan structures and processes and grasp the importance of creating a business plan, define and comprehend credit scores and the subject of credit, be introduced to common pitfalls of business owners and discover tips to managing the bottom line.
The seminar is co-sponsored by Enterprise Bank and the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce.
A fee will be charged to attend and will include a continental breakfast, lunch and all of the necessary materials. This course is also available for six continuing education credits under the subtitle of accounting and auditing.
