Mary Frances Swenglish Martin
Mary Frances Swenglish Martin, age 94, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Saturday, May 27, 2006, following a lengthy illness. She was born December 16, 1911, the daughter of Paul and Mary Frances Swenglish.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 47 years, William F. Martin Sr., brothers, Andrew Swenglish, Michael Swenglish, John Swenglish and Lawrence Swenglish, sisters, Frances Swenglish, Anna Cunningham, Pauline Kachurik, Jane Cuppett, Agnes King and Erma Macho.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lou Zsiros and her husband, William; her son, William F. Martin Jr.; grandchildren: Damien Zsiros and his wife, Mary Beth, Colman Zsiros and his wife, Jayme, Stephanie L. Martin and William M. Martin; two great-grandchildren; sisters: Clara Calvaresi and Eleanor Budinsky; brothers: Paul Swenglish and Charles Swenglish; sister-in-law, Josephine Swenglish; and brother-in-law, Herbert King.
Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., A Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, May 30, until 9:45 a.m. when a Panachida Service will be held.
Divine Liturgy follows at 10:30 a.m. in Saint John The Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, 185 East Main Street, Uniontown, with the Rev. Father Thomas J. Wesdock officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
Parastas will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday at 7 p.m.
