James and Traci Rice of First Street, Vestaburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Lynn Rice, to Terrence Minucci Jr., Crawford Road, Fredericktown. The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Bethlehem Center High School and a 2004 graduate of the Washington Hospital School of Nursing. She is a registered nurse at Liberty Dialysis in Washington.

Her fiance is the son of Marcella Minucci of Richeyville. He is also a 2000 graduate of Bethlehem Center High School and is employed with the Carpenter’s Union with Allegheny Construction Co., Bridgeville.

A Sept. 23 wedding is planned.
