Romayne Rhome Vrhovac, the widow of Nick Vrhovac Sr., passed away Monday, May 29, 2006, at The Brian Center in Winston-Salem, NC. She was a member of Brookstown United Methodist Church. Mrs. Vrhovac was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #205, American Legion Post #295 and past president of the Brownsville, PA Nurses Alumni Association. She was a retired RN with 40 years of service in many aspects of nursing.

Mrs. Vrhovac is survived by her son, Nick Vrhovac and wife Suzanne of Winston-Salem, NC, a sister, Bonnie Trout of Mt. Pleasant, Pa and a brother, Rev. Dale Rhome of Oil City, Pa and also by her siblings respective families.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening at HAYWORTH-MILLER FUNERAL HOME in Rural Hall.

A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, June 1, at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall with Rev. Roland Barnhardt officiating.
