Jerry Storey, 54, of Uniontown, Pa., died Tuesday, October 3, 2006, in his home. Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa. The family will receive friends in the funeral home. A viewing will be held on Friday, October 6, 2006 from 8:30 until 9:30 a.m., followed by a mass celebrating his life at Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Father Michael Crockston officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
