Heather Nicole Carney, 17, of Allison 2, Pa., passed away Monday, October 9, 2006, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born November 29, 1988, a daughter of John Carney and Sherril Kishel Carney of Allison 2.

Heather was a senior student at Brownsville High School, where she was a member of the school choir and the Junior High School volleyball team.

She was a member of the Allison Christian Church, a member of Christians In Action Youth Group of Allison Christian Church, and a member of the church choir.

Heather was an employee of the Brownsville Dairy Queen.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Shirley Kishel, paternal grandfather, Kenneth E. Carney and cousin, Samantha Hope Lent.

She is survived by her parents; her brother, Adam Carney at home; her maternal grandfather, John J. Kishel and his friend Catherine Metro of Allison 2, Pa.; paternal grandmother, Rosella Carney of Hiller, Pa.; aunts and uncles, Susan Kishel Lent of Chesapeake, Virginia, Belinda and Mark Johnson of Brownsville, Pa., Michelle and Bill McManus of Brownsville, Pa., Kenneth W. Carney of Brownsville, Pa., Robin and Joseph Stevenson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and several aunts and uncles and cousins.

Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME, Legion Street, Republic, Pa., on Thursday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Friday, October 13, 2006, at the Allison Christian Church from 10 until 11 a.m. the hour of the service with her Pastor Michael Peton officiating.

Interment will be in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill Pa.
