Ronald Ray Crawford Sr.
Ronald Ray Crawford Sr., 50, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away Monday, October 9, 2006, at his home. He was born December 25, 1955 in Waynesburg, Pa., son of the late Alvin A. and Mary Louise Rizer Crawford.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by two brothers, Roger Dale Crawford and twin, Donald Crawford and a special friend Sherry Ayers.
Surviving are his wife Lorinda Bates Crawford; four daughters, Lorinda Crawford, Jennie Shepard, Marie Frederick and Christina Crawford all of Hagerstown, Maryland; four sons, Robert Hewitt of South Carolina, Ronald Crawford Jr., John Crawford and Randy Crawford, all of Hagerstown, Maryland; one sister, Mary Belle Crawford of Arthurdale, West Virginia; three brothers, Alvin Crawford Jr. of Hagerstown, Randy Crawford of Morgantown, West Virginia and Charles Crawford of Carmichaels, Pa.; and six grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday until 11 a.m. the hour of the service with the Rev. Brian Young officiating.
Interment will follow in Church Hill cemetery, McClellandtown, Pa.
