Helen Puzak, 83, of Ellsworth, formerly of Pittsburgh and Cokeburg died Tuesday, October 10, 2006, in the Washington Hospital. Mrs. Puzak had been employed as a building service person in downtown Pittsburgh for many years prior to her retirement.

Surviving are two nephews, several great-nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Puzak was the last of her immediate family.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., on Friday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, Pa.
