Chverchko-Schroyer
United in marriage were Chrissa Beth Schroyer of Pittsburgh, formerly of Connellsville, and Eric Chverchko of Pittsburgh, formerly of Indiana. The Rev. Terry Hercik officiated the June 17 nuptial Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Connellsville.
The bride is the daughter of John Schroyer of Freeman Lane, Connellsville, and Judith Schroyer of Wills Road, Connellsville. The bridegroom is the son of Robert and Beverly Chverchko of Valley Road, Indiana.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. She wore an ivory gown with fitted bodice adorned with embroidered flowers and crystals and a cathedral-length train. Her headpiece was a halo of small pearl flowers, crystals and rhinestones.
Bethany Bell was matron of honor. Callie Schroyer, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Maria Previte, Felice Boldin, Tonya Anthony, Junior bridesmaid was Kirsten Chverchko. Zoe Youdell and Eve Hogan were flower girls.
Best man was Keith Shick. Groomsmen were Jeff Hill, Scott Shick, Justin Querry and Sam Clutter.
A reception was held at the Uniontown Jewish Community Center.
The bride graduated in 1999 from Connellsville Area High School and a 2003 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in journalism and public relations. She is a senior publicist with Technosystems in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Indiana High School and a 2001 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in consumer affairs. He earned a master’s degree in adult education in 2002 from the same university.
The couple honeymooned in Jamaica.
They are residing on 1100 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh.
